The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) is the world’s largest business travel association, serving as a prominent voice for corporate travel professionals. Through its charitable arm, the GBTA Foundation, the association is dedicated to advancing the business travel community by providing education, research, and advocacy.

Within the GBTA Foundation, WINiT (Women in Travel) is a specialized program focused on the career development of women in the travel industry. Established a decade ago, WINiT offers mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities designed to empower women and promote gender equity in travel-related sectors. The program’s initiatives include events, workshops, and recognition ceremonies that celebrate the achievements of women and their allies.

In October 2024, the GBTA Foundation announced the WINiT Top 50 honorees, recognizing women who are driving innovation and leadership in the business travel industry.
